Hello all! It’s been a while since we posted. Things have been both non-stop and super quiet, it’s hard to explain. Numbers-wise we’re not very busy, however we have quite a few rabbits currently who take up lots of time, energy and space. Also a number of other residents who require a lot daily. That isn’t the topic of today’s post though. Instead we’re sharing some super exciting news - that Mycroft has come home! If you don’t know who Mycroft is then check out the blog post explaining him and his ‘brother’ Sherlock. Anyway, after 6 months away (doing who knows what) Mycroft popped into the garden yesterday. He was calling to our current rook resident - Moriarty, and patiently waiting for a meal. We cannot express how lovely it is to see Mycroft all grown-up and thriving in the wild. His plumage is beautifully shiny and he looks like a ‘proper’ rook now.
Here’s hoping he sticks around for a while, we certainly won’t mind proving some snacks for him whilst he does. Now, I wonder what Sherlock’s up to?
